4. Make The Most of The Unique Characteristics of Different Social Media Platforms
Generation Z, unlike Millenials, has had access to the Internet for the majority of their lives. They rely on social media for plenty of reasons. They also tend to check their accounts more than once per hour. Gen Z will often use Facebook to check the news, Instagram to see what their friends are up to, and TikTok to check out the latest trends. Publishing informative content on Instagram might not get you as far as if you were to publish it on Facebook.

There are so many examples of businesses that millennials looked up to. One that comes to mind is TOMS. TOMS, for those of you who don't know, is a shoe company that provides a pair of shoes to someone in need with every shoe purchase. TOMS was a favorite of Millennials who like the fact that the shoes were made for a good cause. Generation Z also wants companies they buy from to have a positive impact on the world.
There is no doubt that marketing experts will have to approach Gen Z marketing strategies in 2021 differently marketing. It may prove to be quite a challenge in many ways.
