Refunds
Any Deposits, fees, and charges are NOT refundable with a few exceptions. The client is liable for confirming content with their legal team, regarding their name and branding, to ensure it is not copy-written. You are ONLY eligible for a refund on your order if:

You have not received your final product in a timely manner due to other reasons that are not your fault.

Canceling an order before onboarding has begun.
Gold Level will NOT provide a refund if the following occurs;

Late or missing refunds
If you been approved to receive a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. It could take up to 14 business days for your bank to process the refund.
If you have contacted your banking institution and they have not received the refund and it has been 3-5 business days since we have processed your refund, please contact us immediately!
